Coached To Scale™ provides education, mentorship, coaching guidance, business training, systems, templates, resources, accountability, support, community access, and software tools designed to help fitness coaches and online coaches grow and improve their business.

Services may include live coaching, recorded materials, downloadable resources, community access, and AI-powered tools.

We do not guarantee any specific results. This includes but is not limited to:

• ·Income levels
• ·Client numbers
• ·Sales performance
• ·Social media growth
• ·Business growth
• ·Profitability
• ·Speed of success

Results depend on many factors including your effort, consistency, skill level, market conditions, experience, decision-making, and implementation. Any testimonials or examples are illustrative only and not promises of future performance.

By enrolling, you agree to pay the advertised investment amount in full or through an agreed payment plan. Failure to complete instalments may result in:

• ·Suspension of programme access
• ·Removal from calls or community access
• ·Cancellation of bonuses
• ·Restriction of future purchases
• ·Recovery action for unpaid balances

Entering a payment plan is a binding commitment for the full agreed amount. Missed payments do not cancel your contract. Payments may be processed via Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or approved payment partners.

Due to the digital nature of the programme, access to intellectual property, downloadable materials, coaching resources, community systems, and immediate onboarding, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Please only purchase if you are committed and financially comfortable doing so.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Where legally applicable, consumers may have statutory cancellation rights. However, where you expressly request immediate access to digital content, coaching materials, community access, or programme materials before the cancellation period ends, you acknowledge that such rights may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by law.

By purchasing and ticking the checkout confirmation box, you consent to immediate access.

Certain programmes may include AI tools. Where included in your purchase:

• ·AI tools are included for the first 3 months from enrolment date
• ·Continued access after that period is optional via the Max Plan subscription
• ·Current Max Plan pricing is £20 per month, subject to change
• ·If Max Plan is cancelled, only AI tool access ends
• ·Core course, coaching, and purchased programme access remain unaffected

We may update, replace, improve, or remove AI features where reasonably necessary.

Where included, community access is provided through Kajabi Community or another designated platform. Members must behave respectfully and professionally.

We may remove access without refund for:

• ·Harassment
• ·Abuse
• ·Hate speech
• ·Threatening behaviour
• ·Spamming
• ·Unauthorised promotion
• ·Sharing confidential materials
• ·Behaviour damaging to the community or brand

You agree to:

• ·Participate professionally
• ·Take responsibility for your actions
• ·Implement strategies at your own discretion
• ·Seek professional tax, legal, financial, or medical advice where required
• ·Use materials ethically
• ·Respect coaches, staff, and members

You remain fully responsible for all business decisions and outcomes.

All materials provided by Coached To Scale™, including but not limited to frameworks, templates, videos, calls, recordings, documents, AI prompts, tools, training systems, and branding, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Coached To Scale™ or its licensors.

You may not copy, share, resell, reproduce, upload, teach, distribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.

You agree not to disclose confidential or sensitive information obtained through the programme, including:

• ·Internal systems
• ·Strategies
• ·Pricing models
• ·Member discussions
• ·Private coaching content
• ·Business data shared by others

This obligation continues after your access ends.

We may improve, modify, update, reorganise, or replace parts of the programme to improve quality and delivery. This may include coaches, platforms, call schedules, resources, features, community tools, or bonus materials.

Any material reduction in core purchased services for active users will be handled reasonably.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

We may collect and use data to deliver your programme, process payments, provide support, manage community access, improve services, send service communications, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

We aim to respond within 1 business day where reasonably possible. Formal complaints should be sent in writing to the above email and will be reviewed fairly.

If you experience an issue, please contact support first. Fraudulent, dishonest, or bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• ·Suspension of access
• ·Debt recovery action
• ·Submission of evidence to payment providers
• ·Permanent refusal of future service

Nothing in this clause affects lawful consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coached To Scale™ shall not be liable for:

• ·Loss of profits
• ·Loss of revenue
• ·Loss of clients
• ·Indirect losses
• ·Consequential losses
• ·Business interruption
• ·Decisions made based on programme content

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot legally be excluded.

Any business-to-business disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE unless otherwise required by law.
